I wish I could share a magic formula and offer a short-cut, but I still have not come across an awesome inspiring life that is not linked to a beautifully designed road map and a passionate journey.

Convinced? So here’s the deal: next time you buy anything from a shelve PLEASE read the label and see if the ingredients are familiar. If not, look for a more natural alternative. If on the top of that you can avoid the words milk, wheat, sugar it will be super - but I guess this is whole new story, but why not to start trying now?

It is so exciting to make new discoveries! Reconnect with the curious child inside of you and be open to adventure into new territories. It can be a section in the supermarket you have not paid attention to before, a new healthy cafe that has opened on the corner (it makes me so happy to see goodness sprouting) or a super food ingredient you can’t pronounce!
It’s simple and fun, right? It is all about the small changes we can make sustainable that will lead to true transformation.
