I have just returned from a 9 weeks Holist Education Program in sunny and warm Florida to a cold and grey London.
Taking this time off to connect with myself was a crucial period of my life to regain confidence, clarity and focus.
Above all, I was the happiest I ever been since my childhood. Full of energy and enthusiasm.
The challenge now is How to keep this same state of mind in the “real world”?
Here 3 simple attitudes to support a playful mindset:
True happiness is not about be smiling and laughing all the time. It is actually being able to be at easy with the mind. Finding a sense of contentment and satisfaction in every single situation. If you learn to be okay when facing challenges you can say you are a truly happy person.
It has to come from the inside, not outside.

I would also suggest Meditation classes or Meet Ups group in case you need extra support to keep the discipline Meditation requires.
2. Connect with others
You will find a greater sense of Happiness when it is an intention you have outside yourself.
What you give it is what you receive, therefore if you are committed to spread happiness it will return to you.
I promise this is easier than it sounds. Sometimes the simple act of smiling to people on the streets, having a chat with the cashier in the supermarket or giving a genuine complement to someone who was not expecting it can have a profound positive effect and creates good energy around you.
3. What are the things that leave you with a sense of happiness?
List at least 9 things and DO IT MORE! Dancing, going to yoga, catching up with friends, closing deals, helping others, buying flowers, reading, writing, cooking, etc... It is your list! Write it down and schedule time for yourself and practice them as often as possible.
It is important that they are simple things that you can incorporate in your daily life, as there is no such a thing as the perfect time for happiness. Happiness is NOW.
